Yesterday I was looking for a good marinade for pork tenderloin when I came across this recipe. I am not usually one to try recipes from user submitted sites like this, but the ingredients intrigued me so I decided to go for it (oh, and I was lazy and didn’t feel like searching again). I love marinating meat because it makes it soooo tender and adds a burst of flavor. I also like to marinate meat the day before so I know what we are having the next night and can plan accordingly.
Everyone LOVED this recipe! I am not a big pork fan, and I would eat this weekly! It has just the right amount for sugar and spice to make it pop in your mouth!
Marinated Pork Tenderloin Recipe:
What Cha’ Need:
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons red cooking wine (calls for sherry but I didn’t have any)
– 1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 pinch garlic powder
– 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloin
How To Make It:
This is the simple part! Just mix everything together in a bowl or bag, and leave the meat soaking in it over night. Then simply grill the meat until the pork reads done (using a meat thermometer) and your golden.
If you wanna serve it like we did just add white rice and Busch’s Baked Beans (Homestyle) and your family will be ready to dig in!
