Pork Tenderloin Meal Idea
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can cause homemakers to cut back on the best part of our day, mealtime.
Now, you don’t have to sacrifice this valuable time with your family to make all of your holiday deadlines.
All you have to do is briefly stop at your local Food Lion and pick up some tasty Smithfield® Marinated Fresh Pork.
When deciding what’s for dinner, you can choose between Loin Filets, Tenderloins, and Roasts that are slow-marinated and perfectly seasoned in the bag.
It is a flavorful main course that can be grilled, roasted, or sauteed with a prep time of 30 minutes or less.
You can still enjoy a sit-down dinner and conversation with your family about their day before plunging back into your holiday chores.

1: First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2: Next, inject your fully thawed Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin with Soy Sauce.
3: Wrap your tenderloin in strips of bacon. Place your wrapped tenderloin in the oven to bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
4: Meanwhile, prepare the cauliflower for cooking by bringing 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Then add the frozen cauliflower, 2 Tablespoons butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Stir gently until mixed and then simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender.
5: Start by bringing 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Then add cut-up bacon, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Stir gently and add the green beans.
6: Return to a boil (while still gently stirring) and then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
7: When cauliflower is tender, strain off the water and use a mixer to prepare your mashed cauliflower.
8: Remove it from the oven once your tenderloin has reached the internal temperature of 150 degrees.
Lower the heat according to the package directions, and put your bake and serve rolls into the oven.
9: After the tenderloin has been out of the oven for 10 minutes, slice the tenderloin.
10: Add butter, sour cream, and shredded cheese to the cauliflower.
Now, all you have left is to call the family to the table for some relaxing dinner conversation and a fantastic meal.
This year there will be no more worrying about being able to “do it all.”
