I have a serious sweet tooth. Cakes, cookies, brownies, chocolates, scones, meringues… I’m starting to drool. As we all know, though, cakes are not the way to a lean body this side of Heaven, so I seek to burn, baby, burn those calories every day and indulge my decadent sweet tooth when the opportunity arises.
One way to burn some serious energy is by utilizing stairs.

I love me some step mill, but I LOVE to mix it up on a set of real stairs when I find them. You can use ANY stairs! Use your home stairs, go to the local park, or crank it out on the step mill at the gym. Either way, you’ll burn some cupcakes and have fun doing it.
