If you are trying to avoid powdered sugar Stevia makes a great powdered sugar substitute and it doesn’t take much at all! All you have to do is add a few teaspoons (to taste) and whip it up in a Kitchen Aid. I make this for myself all the time and add in a little fruit as a snack.
