Shasta Walton Tsu.ya Dress

Dresses, dresses, and more dresses. By this point you must be aware of my obsession, so I’ll spare you the details of my love affair with these garments. Now while this is not technically a dress it still hangs in the dress section of my closet and during a warm day I would totally rock this without leggings.

Anyway, this is a tunic from the new active wear line from Kristi Yamaguchi called  Tsu.ya. Designed with busy women in mind the line offers comfortable clothing without sacrificing style. When I viewed this tunic online I thought it was nice, but wasn’t sure it would look as good on as it did on the site. I don’t usually shop for comfort, I shop for style. If something about a dress is unique and fits my personality I will usually buy it. Do I want comfortable clothes? YES! Do I find that my favorite clothes are comfortable? Not so much! That is why I am in love with this new line! I personally love the style of this tunic (especially the thumb holes, which make it a little edgier) and it is ridiculously comfortable! Seriously, it is super soft and I could wear it all day. Usually the first thing I do when I get home is change into my workout clothes because they “feel good”. With this tunic I don’t have to do that.

The clothing is priced from $49 – $149 and I hope to see more additions to this collection soon!
As you also know I love brands that give back and Tsu.ya  gives a portion of all of it’s proceeds to  Kristi’s Always Dream Foundation, which supports children’s literacy issues!

You can learn more about the brand and follow them here: Twitter / Facebook / Pinterest / Instagram

Update: It has been almost three years since I reviewed this dress and it is still in amazing condition! It has held up very well, especially considering I used to wear it to work all the time (which consisted of hauling pallets, building displays, and lots of physical labor!).
