This chocolate Low Carb Chocolate Avocado Cookies recipe is loaded with healthy fats and just enough sweet chocolate to get the kids excited!
I love this time of year. Fall ushers in football games, family time, and, of course, snacking during game night. As you probably know, I live the keto lifestyle, and just this week my husband decided to join me. This means that snacking now looks much different in our home. While my kids haven’t joined us yet, they will soon so, for now, we are in the “transition” period. They don’t eat much of what we eat, but they are starting to test recipes out here and there.
I figured that a great way to introduce them to a new food lifestyle would be to make it fun, which is exactly what I’m trying to do! I don’t know why, but cookies have always been a big part of the game night. Maybe it’s because they are easy to snack on, or because they are cookies, what aren’t they good for? Am I right?
Low Carb Chocolate Avocado Cookies Recipe :
Anyway, I decided to bring the girls in on the action and let them have their very own cookie bake-off, and the cookies will be judged on our next football game night (tomorrow).
They were so excited about the bake-off that they didn’t even consider the ingredients they were using to make these cookies! Considering one of the recipes contain avocados, I would say that was a win for me!
Mom One Ponit Kids Zero!
Anyway, in the spirit of getting excited about tomorrow night’s game, transitioning my kids into a new lifestyle change, and all things cookie-related let’s get baking!
