Infertility Support

Sharing is caring!

Over the past week, I have shared my sister-in-law’s personal infertility story. You may remember last year when I wrote this prayer for the childless. I am so happy to say that I wrote that post because of my sister and I am thrilled to say that God answered that prayer. So many women deal with that exact issue every. single. day. If you’ve never had trouble conceiving, you could never possibly understand the pain, fear, and anxiety caused by infertility, and until I read Krystle’s story, even I never imagined how hard it could be. What is missing in most of these stories is infertility support, and today I am excited to ask Huggies to provide a grant for the Cade Foundation. The Cade Foundation not only provides the much-needed support families need when facing infertility, but they also provide grants, yes grants, to help women afford fertility treatments.

If you read my sister’s story, you will see those finances was one of the biggest hurdles they faced in even trying to “try” to have a baby. They were fortunate because through their insurance God did provide a way. Now, it is my prayer that God will use this foundation, and promotional grants like the one Huggies is providing to help other women struggling to become mothers.

From April 20th until June 25th, Huggies will be accepting all selfies of you and your baby with the hashtag #UltraHug, and featuring them in a collage on their campaign page. On July 6th, voting will begin to narrow down the 20 finalists to 10 winners who will win a $2,000 grant from Huggies for their nominated community initiative.

How to Enter the #UltraHug Selfie Contest

• First, take a selfie of you and your baby and upload that selfie to Twitter or Instagram. Make sure to use the hashtag #UltraHug
• In your same post, make sure to include a text nomination (approximately 100 – 120 characters) including a name and/or identifying description of a community project in the US, which you would like to nominate. Make sure the community project is something near and dear to your heart.”

We uploaded our selfie, and we hope you will too! We have always loved Huggies for keeping our babies dry and happy, but the campaigns they promote to give back to the community, those really tug at our heartstrings.
