Thanks for checking out my review of Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite.
Every once in a while I will try out fat burners. I’m not a huge advocate, because with exercise and healthy eating you can achieve your goals, but I was trying to get into better shape before my cruise so I gave Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite a try.
I purchased them on base so I got a deal, but they run for $50-$60 at GNC. I consider that price about average for fat burning supplements. You can usually expect to pay 39.99 – 99.99 for thermogenic supplements.
I have currently been using Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite for about a week, and I have a very mixed review. On the one hand I feel like they are giving me the edge I need in the gym and on the scale, on the other hand they are making me depressed, angry, and emotional.
The Good:
I have dropped about 7 pounds in one week. Some of this I am sure is water weight, but I did manage to get my super skinny 1R size jeans on tonight so I am seeing a change in my body as well. I also experience more energy during my workout, and I skip pre-workout because I don’t need the added caffeine.
The Bad:
As soon as I started taking them I noticed that I felt like crap physically. I felt a little sick to my stomach, then I got a migraine, and then the aggression, tears, and depression followed. I am positive it’s the Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite causing these issues because about an hour after taking the pills I go from being my normal happy-go-lucky self, to a depressed whats-the-point-of-life gloomy person. When they wear off (usually 15 minutes after my workout) I am fine again. I have found I am more depressed with the 2 pills in the morning, and more aggressive with the 1 pill at night.
My husband was also taking them for a few days and he stopped. Every time he took a dose he would complain of just feeling crappy, shaky, and irritated.
My recommendation is to try something other than Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite.
I would actually recommend the Shredz stack. It will cost you more, but you won’t have to deal with the mental stuff.
