I am beyond frustrated at this point. While I understand that facebook is so large live phone service would probably cost them a fortune (not that they don’t have the money), it kills me that I can’t get an email contact so I can report the problem I am having with their help center.
So this is what happened: My son was on Farmville and managed to spend over $200 from my Paypal account. Now let me stop here and say…I had NO idea they were connected and am still not sure when I authorized that because I have NEVER paid for anything on Facebook!
Please don’t lecture me about him being on Facebook and it being my fault! I know it’s my fault 🙂 I’m saving that for another post.
So I call Paypal ———–> the send me to Farmville ——–> and they send me to the HELP section of Facebook.
I find the appropriate area to send them a message to tell them my child has just spent my life savings and I hit submit and NOTHING HAPPENS. So I do it over and over and over again. I try different options and it still does nothing. Then I join the Known issues group in a desperate attempt to get someone to look into the problem, and they DELETE my post from their wall!
I tweeted them, but have yet to hear back.
