Yum
My family was not too excited to try my Easy Broccoli Slaw recipe. I got two “I hate slaw” comments, and one “where’s the meat?” comment.
I am happy to say that after everyone finished with their lunch, they were all asking for seconds! Take that veggie haters!
I served this alone for lunch, but minus the meat (or even with it), it would make a great side dish or pot-luck side.
I am on a mission to pay off some of our debt, so I have tried to come up with meals that are somewhat healthy, but won’t leave my family eating junk in between meals. I plan to share these recipes, the total price for each meal, and my weekly menu plans.
