If you love asiago cheese (and I mean, come on, who doesn’t) then this Asiago and Bacon Chicken recipe will tickle your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

Asiago and Bacon Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded asiago cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Olive oil (to fry up the chicken)
- Pack of Bacon (crumbled)
How To Make Asiago and Bacon Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl mix egg and water
- In a separate bowl mix asiago cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Spread cheese mixture onto a plate
- Heat oil over medium high heat in a thick skillet
- Dip chicken breasts in egg (both sides) then coat with cheese mixture (both sides)
- Fry chicken until golden brown (be careful not to let crust stick to the pan)
- Place chicken on broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes (check with meat thermometer)
- Remove from oven and cover in additional cheese and cooked bacon crumbles.
- Allow to broil until cheese melts (doesn’t take long)
